We want you to love your style, but if something isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original unworn condition with all BARK tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original bag or a sturdy box.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for maximum convenience.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
